Ingredients
      
        - Milk - 1¼ mug
- Water - 1 mug
- 
Sashi’s Chai Masala - ⅓ tsp
- Coffee granules - 1 to 2 tsp (adjust to strength)
- Sugar - 3 tsp (optional, adjust to taste)
 
    
    
      Cooking Method
      
        - Start by adding water to a pan and set the heat to medium-low.
- Add Sashi’s Chai Masala and sugar; simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Once simmering begins, pour in the milk.
- Let the mixture simmer on medium heat until it bubbles. As it rises, reduce heat; then increase again and repeat the rise/reduce cycle 3 to 4 times.
- After 8 to 10 minutes of simmering, take two cups and add coffee granules into each. Strain the mixture into the cups and mix in the coffee.
 
   
  
  
    Points to Remember
    
      - Adjust the level of Sashi’s Chai Masala according to taste.
