Ingredients
- Skinned white fish fillets - 500g (approx)

Sashi’s Fish Masala - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
- Turmeric - ½ tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Minced/grated ginger - 1½ tsp
- Minced garlic - 2 tsp
- Freshly squeezed lemon - ½
- Corn or plain flour - 1 tbsp
- Oil (of choice) - 1½ tbsp
Cooking Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. (Take out of the fridge a couple of hours before cooking - optional but ideal.)
- Cook using your preferred method - oven, pan, BBQ or air fryer - to your preferred doneness.
Points to Remember
- Substitute the fish with halloumi as an alternative option.
