Ingredients
- Paneer 400g (Cubed)
- Yoghurt (thick Greek style ideally) - 5 tbsp
- 
Sashi’s Paneer Masala - 2 tbsp
- Minced/grated ginger - 1½ tsp
- Minced garlic - 2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
- Freshly squeezed lemon - ½
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Oil (own preference) - 1½ tbsp
- (Optional) Large onion - cubed
- (Optional) Pepper - cubed
- (Optional) Coriander - chopped (to garnish)
 
Cooking Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Remove from the fridge a couple of hours before cooking (optional but ideal).
- Cook using your preferred method - oven, pan, BBQ or air fryer - adjusting cooking time to your preference.
