Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

  • Paneer 400g (Cubed)
  • Yoghurt (thick Greek style ideally) - 5 tbsp
  • Sashi’s Paneer Masala - 2 tbsp
  • Minced/grated ginger - 1½ tsp
  • Minced garlic - 2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
  • Freshly squeezed lemon - ½
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil (own preference) - 1½ tbsp
  • (Optional) Large onion - cubed
  • (Optional) Pepper - cubed
  • (Optional) Coriander - chopped (to garnish)

Cooking Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Remove from the fridge a couple of hours before cooking (optional but ideal).
  3. Cook using your preferred method - oven, pan, BBQ or air fryer - adjusting cooking time to your preference.
