Masala Fish (Dry)

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients
  • Skinned white fish fillets 500g (approx)
  • Sashi’s Fish Masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp (adjust to own taste)
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Minced/grated Ginger 1 ½ tsp
  • Minced Garlic 2 tsp
  • Freshly squeezed lemon ½
  • Corn or Plain Flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil (of choice) 1 ½ tbsp
Cooking Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
  2. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Take the mixture out the fridge couple of hours before cooking - (Optional but ideal)
  3. Cooking option of choice - oven, pan, BBQ or air fryer. Cooking time to your preference
Points to Remember
  • Substitute the fish for Halloumi as an alternative option
