Masala Fish (Dry)

Ingredients
- Skinned white fish fillets 500g (approx)
- Sashi’s Fish Masala 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp (adjust to own taste)
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Minced/grated Ginger 1 ½ tsp
- Minced Garlic 2 tsp
- Freshly squeezed lemon ½
- Corn or Plain Flour 1 tbsp
- Oil (of choice) 1 ½ tbsp
Cooking Method
- Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Take the mixture out the fridge couple of hours before cooking - (Optional but ideal)
- Cooking option of choice - oven, pan, BBQ or air fryer. Cooking time to your preference
Points to Remember
- Substitute the fish for Halloumi as an alternative option
