Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (chopped) or thighs or legs - 1 kg,
- Yoghurt (thick Greek style ideally) - 150 g

Sashi’s Chicken Masala - 1½ tbsp
- Minced garlic - 1½ tbsp
- Minced/grated ginger - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1½ tsp (adjust to taste)
- Freshly squeezed lemon - ½
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Oil (of choice) - 1½ to 2 tbsp
Cooking Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. (Take out of the fridge 1 to 2 hours before cooking if possible.)
- Cook using your preferred method - oven, pan, BBQ, or air fryer - until the chicken is cooked through and lightly charred to your liking.
