Tandoori Chicken

Cook Time: 10-15 Mins
Serves: 3-4

  • Chicken breasts or thighs 1kg – cut into pieces
  • Yoghurt (Thick Greek Style ideally) 150g
  • Sashi’s Chicken Masala 1½ tbsp
  • Minced Garlic 1½ tbsp
  • Minced/grated Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp (adjust to own taste)
  • Freshly squeezed Lemon ½
  • Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil (of choice) 1½ to 2 tbsp
Cooking Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
  2. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Take the mixture out the fridge couple of hours before cooking - (Optional but ideal)
  3. Cooking option of choice - oven, pan, BBQ or air fryer. Cooking time to your preference
