Tandoori Chicken

Serves: 3-4
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts or thighs 1kg – cut into pieces
- Yoghurt (Thick Greek Style ideally) 150g
- Sashi’s Chicken Masala 1½ tbsp
- Minced Garlic 1½ tbsp
- Minced/grated Ginger 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp (adjust to own taste)
- Freshly squeezed Lemon ½
- Chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Oil (of choice) 1½ to 2 tbsp
Cooking Method
- Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Take the mixture out the fridge couple of hours before cooking - (Optional but ideal)
- Cooking option of choice - oven, pan, BBQ or air fryer. Cooking time to your preference
